Program Overview:

Al-Qawaaid al Fiqhiyyah is the study of legal maxims in fiqh under which many issues fall and from which rulings can be directly derived. Many of these maxims are taken directly from the Qur’aan or from hadith of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasallam. This subject is very important for both the mujtahid and for the layman. This is because it allows the mujtahid to derive rulings regardless of whether or not there is text present. As for the layman, it helps him to appreciate the aims of the Shari’ah and the way in which the scholars of the past have helped preserve the deen.

Students' time Commitment:

The course requires an estimated 1 hour twice a week to attain the desired result from this program.

To join this course, you need to provide your Alim/Alimah course degree.

Ans: AED 500

Q: The class timings are not appropriate for me. Can I still enroll in this program?

Ans: Yes, in case the time doesn't suit you then recordings will be provided.

Q: In case I have difficulty in understanding?

Ans: You can always contact the subject teacher or teaching assistants initially for help. Still, if you don't find any improvement in yourself, you are free to email the supervisor of the academy as well.
